HOW DO I REGISTER NEW MEMBERS?As a registered member, you will check your DOWN LINE STATUS to see the summary of your Genealogy. This page also shows the user’s referral code which you can send to new intakes/users to refer them to the network and get paid. On the other hand, through your 'Down line Status' page you can add new members on your account by clicking on the empty gaps “ADD”.
WHAT IS DOWN LINE STATUS?This page shows the user’s genealogy in tree form. Each empty node in the Genealogy has an “ADD” link to place a new member at that particular node.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE ON DSI?Login to your DSI account with your username and password, from the top right hand side of the website hover your mouse on 'member dashboard' and click. Your commissions are paid to your crisp account while e-wallet is funded when you make payment to our local banks for purchase of ePins. Your Dashboard has all details of your account and your transaction history.
HOW WOULD I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?Payments are made to members directly into their local bank account within 24 – 48 working hours of your request for withdrawal. Bank transfer charges applies on any bank transfer into your local bank account. This charges apply irrespective of your domain bank.
HOW DO I CHECK MY EARNINGS?On the left hand side of your 'Member dashboard' page, click on e-wallet. The drop down menu gives you options to add funds, create ePins or check total income earned. 'Total income earned' page gives you the details of all you have earned on the program. You can also view the details of each of your earning.
WHAT IS ePIN?Each ePin is a unique code which is randomly generated by system to Sign Up new Members. After payment, admin will send this ePin to the new or existing members via email or through integrated SMS Gateway. For a new member, ePin serves as the key to become a premium member. Existing premium members can also generate ePins to register new members.
HOW DO I GENERATE ePIN?On the left hand side of your 'Member dashboard' page, click on e-wallet. The drop down menu gives you options to add funds, create ePins or check total income earned. Click 'Create ePin' Select the number of ePins you want to generate, then you click on the GENERATE ePINS. Please note that you can only generate ePins after funding your e-wallet either by paying required amount to our local designated bank or transferring from your 'crisp account' to your e-wallet.
HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?Go to the Login page and click on “Lost password” and you will be directed to input your email address. This email address is the one that you used for your registration. You will receive a link in your email which you will click to redirect you to a page where you will change your password.
